We like our guests to also have a little bit of fun. You can enjoy a game of corn hole, shuffle board, board games, connect four and even a game of pool with your companions. Additionally we have a curation of 100 records for your choosing of old fashion music!

QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. All guests must be inside the house during this time, and any noise complaints will result in a $250 fine. This will help ensure the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors

CAMERAS
This property has 24/7 surveillance and is on during your stay. The first camera is above the front door exterior. The second camera is located above the garage on the drive-way.

SMOKING
Please only smoke on the outside of our home. Any smoking inside our home will result in a $500 fine.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Newly Designed Modern home is located in a quiet and safe family neighborhood in West Dallas – less than 10 minutes to downtown and right by exciting areas including Trinity Groves, Bishop Arts District, and the Dallas Design District.

WHATS IN THE AREA (Reach out to our host for local recommendations)
• Trinity Grove Village is a 5 minute drive from the house which offers
outdoor entertainment, Adirondack chairs, fire pits, bars and
restaurants. Lexy’s is one of our favorite food recommendations in that
village!
• Minutes from the home you can find all sorts of different activities for
you and your guests to enjoy.
• Lone star Axe Throwing and Another round Mini Golf are fun to get out
and explore.
• If you’re looking for a brewery close by. Manhattan project brewery is a
great spot to check out.
• You can find Starbucks about 5 minutes away or Soiree Coffee Bar rated
one of the best coffee in the area!
• Take a 10 minute drive into downtown Dallas where you can also find all
kinds of restaurants and bars

Access

Guests will have access to the entire property. Our home is completely enclosed. The yard is completely fenced for optimal privacy.

This home is fully equipped with a smartlock entry code that is activated just for you during your stay.

PARTIES & EVENTS
Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events of any kind are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 fee and an immediate termination of your booking.
