We like our guests to also have a little bit of fun. You can enjoy a game of corn hole, connect four, billiards, monopoly or uno with your companions. Additionally we have a curation of 100 records for your choosing of old fashion music!

ALL YOU CAN EAT SNACK WALL $35.00
You will have the option to purchase snacks in our family room on our snack wall. (If you take one snack or all snacks it’s the price for $35.00)
Upon Check-in, we will send you a link to create a customized travel passport for your trip. In this travel passport you will get the access code to the home, request for early check-in or late check out, as well be able to pay and purchase the snacks.

QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. All guests must be inside the house during this time, and any noise complaints will result in a $250 fine. This will help ensure the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

CAMERAS
This property has 24/7 surveillance and is on during your stay. The first camera is above the front door exterior. The second camera is on the side of the house facing the driveway. The third camera is in the backyard only facing the entrance/ exit gate.

SMOKING
Please only smoke on the outside of our home. Any smoking inside our home will result in a $500 fine.

The Urban Oasis House is located in a quiet and safe family neighborhood in North West Dallas – less than 10 minutes to downtown and right by exciting areas including Perry Heights, Turtle Creek and Oak Lawn.

• Perry Heights boasts multiple restaurant options, a whole foods, 2 hospitals and multiple walking trails.
• Just under a 10 minute drive you can experience Lovers Lane. A street filled with bars, restaurants, grocery
stores and CVS. If you’re in the mood for Mexican food and want great service go check out Mesero!
• If you want to go grab a drink and play some billiards, Inwood Tavern is a fun spot with an outdoor patio in
the back.
• Lot’s of local coffee shops are in the area with Starbucks being under 5 minutes.
• With only being a 10 minute drive into downtown Dallas, you can find many more
attractions and restaurants!

Guests will have access to the entire property. Our home is completely enclosed. The yard is completely fenced for optimal privacy.

This home is fully equipped with a smartlock entry code that is activated just for you during your stay.

Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 fee and an immediate termination of your booking.
